The Rivioli.

this is my daughter Rivioli River Face.

we like to think of her as a mini Luna Lovegood.

she just turned 13 months.

her favorite movie right now is ratatouille, which is good thing for me, we've been

watching shrek 3, 6 times a day.

THAT IS NOT A EMBELLISHMENT.

(she takes after me when i was a baby with my little mermaid fetish. my poor mom)

she has pneumonia, and won't drink ANYTHING but her beloved sprite. 

her favorite food ever is mac and cheese and club crackers.

she has such a healthy diet.

sometimes i call her short bus.

because she is so goofy and does the most hilarious things.

like pinching blakes nipples and "BEEP"ing my belly chub.

she even tries to move huge metal poles that is held in by concrete.

she is a determined child. 

she is my favorite person in the whole world.

it gets better now that she does something hilarious everyday. 

these pictures are my favorite yet, you can see she is a toddler now. 

Rivioli will change the world. 

the best concert to ever happen.

so i'm not going to lie. i have listened to BSB on a weekly basis since i was 10.

i love them. i especially love Brian.

when i was little me and the apartment complex gang used to put on rollerblading shows

to larger then life (which now that i saw that song live my life is complete lol)

when i was pregnant and working my 12 hour shifts I'd listen to them for at least 2 hours a day.

there concert was at energy solutions arena. it was filled with women! i've never seen so many together at one time. they had to change all the men bathrooms to women bathrooms.

i sang/screamed to every song it felt like being in the forth grade again i loved every second of it

new hair cut.

after trying to grow out my hair for so long. i had to cut it :/

i'm surprisingly not that bothered by it. i didn't cry or anything lol.

Oh and i've missed this girl alot. 

we finally got to hang out after 4 months. 

we went to strawberry days and had deep fried s'mores. 

(deep fried oreo's are way better by the way)

Grandpa ♥

Gerald Ray Walker

my grandpa passed away last monday, i meant to do a post earlier but every time i tried i'd tear up and just didn't want to think about it. My grandpa gave me my childhood nicknames, Rooney and Rufus which everyone ended up calling me and still sometimes do. 

my grandpa had a movie like childhood i loved hearing about it,

i could just play it all out in my head. he was a greaser as a teenager but better because he was the star quarter back, track star and pitcher for the baseball team. i always imagined him being just like Darry in The Outsiders lol.

he was a huge Elvis fan and served in Germany.

he was one of those old men who joked with everyone, blonde hair was purple hair, boys were girls and girls were boys. i always remember him having a root beer float at 8pm at night. 

he would also never ever let me touch his perfectly combed back hair haha.

my grandpa smoked up until a couple years ago.

they found out he had emphysema two years ago and he refused carrying any oxygen. which made his blood thicken and cause heart failure, plus triggered tons of other problems he has always dealt with.

he was basically a vegatable the last couple days of his life, not really himself so its hard to really comprehend it was him. even after i saw his body lying there. i guess i just kept expecting his chest to move again.

its been a really weird week for everyone.

but it feels like there is a big piece missing from our very tight knit family.

I Love my Grandpa very much.

MONTH 12!! one years old!!

 i haven't even done rivers one year old photos i'm kinda sad about it!

(i tried to use photobucket today but it just went crazy so pictures later lol)

now that river is a year old, she still has six teeth, her top four and bottom two.

she walks, even runs now.

she says doggy, woof woof, and quack quack

she dances and sings. right now she loves to dance to justin beiber and supertramp lol.

she brings shrek over to me when she wants to watch it, which is ....always.

river has ALWAYS been independent she has never wanted to hug, kiss or cuddle (or ANYTHING that keeps her contained) but recently she loves to cuddle and be held i'm soo happy to finally be able to do that! 

she weighs 19 lbs and in the 20th percentile for weight 

she is verily 26 inches in height and in the 10th percentile for that....basically i have a midget.

Slacking....

i've been slacking SOOOO terribly on my blog, because i've been trying to get so many things in order.

i didn't want to just say i'm a student here until everything went through, but yay!! 

IT HAS!! 

i'm enrolled at Taylor Andrews, i just closed my student loan yesterday, and will be signing my contract here in a few weeks. I will start September 21st! i'm also enrolled to take a extensive two week make up course to be a make up artist :) (the best part is you get $1000.00 worth of MAC make up! woot!)

I started work again at the good earth, i didn't realize i have been gone for 2 years. its great being back in the natural food world i'm very intrigued by it and love being in the atmosphere.

 so life is going to be changing alot in the next two years i'm very very excited!
